Fair Work First
Fair Work First is the Scottish Government’s flagship policy for driving high quality, fair work, and workforce diversity across the labour market in Scotland.

- Giving staff an effective voice and flexible family-friendly working arrangements wherever possible.
- A prompt payment policy, with all valid invoices from subcontractors and our supply chain paid within 30 days.
